Shipping Within the UAE
- Orders are processed within 24 hours and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
- Deliveries within UAE cities typically take 1-2 working days.
- A flat delivery fee applies for local orders: AED 19 (Dubai), AED 25 (Sharjah & Ajman), or AED 30 (Abu Dhabi and the remaining emirates).
4-hour express Careem Box delivery available within Dubai for AED 89. Pickup from our Deira store in under 3 hours is also available — completely free.
International Shipping
- Shipping outside the UAE is available to most countries.
- Delivery time ranges from 4 to 10 working days depending on the destination and local customs clearance procedures.
- Shipping charges for international deliveries are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and order weight.
Courier Services
We partner with reputable courier companies to ensure secure and timely deliveries. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Address Accuracy
To ensure successful delivery, please provide your complete and accurate shipping address, including phone number and any special delivery instructions. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details.
