Cancellation Policy
At GLS PRO (F.Z.E), we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a fair and transparent cancellation policy for all our customers.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that the order can be canceled, as it may already be processed or shipped.

2. Refund for Canceled Orders
If your order is eligible for cancellation, any payments made will be refunded using the original mode of payment. Refunds may take up to 45 days to reflect in your account, depending on the issuing bank.
3. Order Cancellation by GLS PRO (F.Z.E)
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavoidable circumstances, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or issues with payment authorization. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
4. Non-Cancellable Items
Certain custom-made or personalized items (e.g., custom logo stamps) may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
