1. Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment and may take between 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Eligibility for Refund

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or personalized stamps
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted unless the return is due to our error.

2. Return Policy

You can return a product if it meets the following conditions:

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • Product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Used or tampered items

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@mystamp.ae or call +971 54 403 2018. Once approved, the item must be shipped to our office address using a registered courier. Tracking details must be provided.

Inspection and Outcome

After we receive the returned product, it will be inspected. If it meets our return standards, the refund will be issued. If not, we will notify you and return the item to you.
